Liveaboard holidays offer guests greater diving flexibility compared to land based packages, and are more suited to the adventurous diver. Sleeping in comfort aboard your boat, you are granted the best of both worlds – the chance to explore remote and unspoilt reefs, and the freedom to enjoy the more popular sites in the quiet of the night and early morning, when the marine world is at its best. To join a Liveaboard, guests must hold a diving qualification equivalent to BSAC Sports Diver or PADI Advanced Open Water, with 30 logged dives, (50 for the marine parks and Sudan). All itineraries are subject to change according to weather conditions and government regulation. New to 2007 - Diving World now offers mini liveaboard safaris from Mersa Alam for 3 and 4 night trips.

Grand Sea Serpent, as the name suggests, is a spectacular luxury Red Sea liveaboard in all aspects.

M/Y Grand Sea Serpent's length is an impressive 41 meters and she counts 2 suites and 10 cabins among her accommodations with all the facilities you would expect when travelling on a top-class liveaboard; music, fridge and ensuite bathroom are standard in all cabins. The large bathrooms all feature multiple jet showers.

The new hull design of this liveaboard allows not only for spacious and comfortable accommodations but for improved speed and stability.

The M/Y Grand Sea Serpent provides ample space with her main deck salon which is equipped with the latest in entertainment equipment.

The huge dive deck is at water level and can accommodate up to 24 divers with individual racks.

Along with a Nitrox compressor, M/Y Grand Sea Serpent is now equipped with Helium/Oxygen Blending Station and a Haskel pump, making her the choice for open circuit Technical divers as well as Closed Circuit divers, providing 200 Bar Oxygen fills as well as on demand Trimix, Heliox & Nitrox.
